First posts can be hard things to write, but these challenging tasks need to be undertaken none-the-less. Similarly, after substantial thought and research into a piece of work, writing a summarising yet enticing opening paragraph can be difficult. Despite these drawbacks Alan Cairns is writing the opening paragraph of the first post on his new blog.
